Powerhouse public relations and marketing firm Tsunami Group Inc has signed Tef Poe a new rap artist from St. Louis, Missouri.

New York, NY (PRWEB) April 05, 2012

Powerhouse public relations and marketing firm Tsunami Group Inc has signed Tef Poe a new rap artist from St. Louis, Missouri.

Tef Poe is slated to release his new mixtape War Machine 2 hosted by DJ Burn One of Atlanta this spring and will feature the first single ‘Wrist Game Proper’ featuring Killer Mike. The follow up album entitled, Cheer For The Villain will be released in late summer and the album title was influenced by Tef Poe’s love of comic books and movies. “No one ever supports the bad guy and the verse ‘they love you so long you become the villain’ by Jay-Z inspired the title for me,” he says.

He started out as a rapper at age 17 in his hometown of St. Louis and was influenced by Biggie, Tupac, Scarface and Nas, to name a few. He participated in the local battle rap circuit and began to make a name for himself. Building a fan base and recording music Tef Poe released a mixtape in 2011 entitled, ‘Power Over Everything’, which was well received by his audience and achieved critical acclaim by the Underground Music Festival giving it two awards.

Opening for the likes of GLC, Common, Big Krit, Yelawolf and Lupe Fiasco, Tef Poe has also been featured on Thisis50, 2dopeboys, SmokingSection.net and XXL. He won Entertainer of the year at the 2012 Notice Me awards and recently signed with management firm Overdose Entertainment. Tef Poe is currently in the studio recording and doing regional shows for his fans. “I’m looking forward to what the future holds for me,” says Tef Poe.

Tef Poe is on a mission to make War Machine 3 the biggest undergound STL project to date.  To get things warmed up, check out new shit that’s fresh up out the kitchen.  From War Machine 2, and featuring the most pimpingest Nigga on the Southside of the Chi, GLC.

Bonus: Poebama also hooked up with the XLL, for their “The Break” series.  This is awesome.

Fresh off the controversial “K.N.G.M.F.B.“, Poebama is back with another banger.   Although this one was featured on P.O.E., we’d be remiss if we didn’t tell you that War Machine 2 is coming very soon (I’m sure it’s on that one too).  Sit back, and be proud of the Show-Me as one MC tells his story.

And give @TechSupreme a round of applause.  It’s his directorial debut.

Man, it feels f-ing good to be a fan of STL rap right now.  From his highly anticipated, War Machine 2 project, Tef Poe delivers a message as usual over a boring ass beat.  You’ll get it if you watch it.
